SCOTUS’ recent ruling to overturn Roe v. Wade sets the stage for what will inevitably create additional pressure on a health and family care system already lacking the stability necessary to support women and families most in need.

As an organization, we respect varying perspectives related to this court ruling, and we are unified by our desire to support each other and our community members that will be impacted by this change. As such, we are putting the following measures in place immediately:

What we’re doing for customers

Mailjet will offer free email services to registered 501(c)(3) organizations supporting disadvantaged women and their reproductive rights, preventing unwanted pregnancy, children in foster care, and other related causes – find more details on this offering below.

What we’re doing for employees

Mailjet will aid employees with reimbursement of travel expenses for critical medical procedures, including abortion, that would otherwise be covered under group health plans but are now unavailable where they live.

Mailjet will also continue offering competitive paid parental leave and provide family planning support to all employees through Maven. Maven provides on-demand virtual care, clinically informed content, and a supportive community for new and prospective parents going through pregnancy, adoption, surrogacy, and early pediatrics.

Who qualifies for free email services
