Search engine

A search engine is software that enables users to access information about search queries. It works when a user enters a keyword (or keywords) in the search bar. This keyword helps the search engine provide relevant results about the topic, making it easier for the user to find the desired piece of information.

Traditional search engines allow users to look for anything for free and earn via paid brand advertisements, displayed at the top of the search engine result pages (SERPs). Technological advancements have allowed companies to develop private search engines that let users find information without recording their search history.
