Send Plain Text Email – send an email through your Mailjet account with plain text content.

Send an Email Campaign to a List – send an email campaign through your Mailjet account to a full contact list.
Conversation Lifecycle Event – when the status of a conversation is changed to “Reached-out”, “Started”, “Closed”, or “Abandoned”.
Send Email Using a Mailjet Template – send an email through your Mailjet account using saved Mailjet email template. It can be customized with Contact Properties and Variables.
Conversation Abandoned – when a chatbot conversation is abandoned by a website visitor.

Booking Lifecycle Event – when the status of a booking is changed to “Scheduled”, “Rescheduled”, “Canceled”, “Completed”, or “No-show”.

Booking Cancelled and Rescheduled – when a booking is canceled and replaced by a new booking.
Booking Completed – when the date and time for a booking has passed.
