Recently, Galeries Lafayette decided to embark on an ambitious and innovative project: the digitization of their in-store receipts. This means that instead of printing a typical receipt, it is inserted as an attachment in an email and sent to the address provided by the customer. This project is at the heart of a global movement launched by Galeries Lafayette for more environmentally sustainable customer experience in fashion, driven by the commercial operation GO FOR GOOD.
