Chingu is a U.S.-based Class C corporation that helps developers transform what they’ve learned into the real world experience needed to land jobs. This is done by pairing them in remote, six-week “Voyage” team projects where they work as Developers, UI/UX Designers, Product Owners, or Scrum Masters. Using Agile/Scrum they blend technical skills and “soft” skills to become job ready. Chingu now supports participants in more than 75 countries and helps them form strong global networks.
Before adopting Sinch Mailjet, Chingu’s co-founder handled cohort communications manually – copying email addresses into ad-hoc lists, crafting individual messages, and sending them through standard mail clients. As enrollments surged into the hundreds per Voyage, this approach became unmanageable: onboarding links arrived late, reminders were missed, and hours of staff time were eaten up.
