Can we proceed to an annual payment? Can we pay in advance?

We do not offer annual payment as invoices can change from one month to another. This is entirely dependent on your email consumption.

How do I add, prioritize or delete my credit cards?

You can update & change your credit cards from the Manage your credit cards section on your account page.

Can I customize invoices?

For now you cannot customize your invoices. You can change the information included on your invoice from your account.

Where can I find our invoices or get a copy of an invoice?

All invoices are available in PDF format from My AccountBilling settings & Invoices.

Can we pay by check, PayPal or can you invoice us for payment?

In addition to credit card payments, Mailjet also accepts payment via PayPal or Wire Transfer. You can subscribe to a prepaid account (minimum deposit is $50USD). When your plan is due for its monthly renewal, the fee will be taken from your prepaid account.

If I upgrade my plan, do I get billed twice in the same month?

It depends when you upgrade your plan: Yes, if you want to upgrade your plan immediately; No, if you choose to upgrade at the next renewal date.

How much does Mailjet cost? What is included with each plan?

Mailjet offers a number of plans to fit all of your mailing needs. You can send both transactional and newsletters with all of our plans!

Do you have special pricing for non-profits?

Yes, Mailjet supports all non-profit organizations with a 20% discount!

How to upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by going to the Pricing page.

What is this 200 emails per day limit on free accounts?

Our Free Plan allows you to send 6,000 emails a month with a limit of 200 emails per day.

What happens when I downgrade my plan?

When you downgrade from a Paid Plan to a Free Plan, all your contact lists, campaign data and statistics will be stored and available. But there will be some changes:

How to use my promo code?

To use your promo code, simply select the relevant plan that is associated with your promo code and apply it during the ‘checkout’ process.

What happens if I send more emails than my monthly plan allows?

You can send out extra emails on any paid plan* but you will be billed for those extra emails.
