Do you offer annual billing?

Yes we do! And the best part – save 10% on any plan when you subscribe to annual billing.

How do I add, prioritize or delete my credit cards?

You can update & change your credit cards from the Manage your credit cards section on your account page.

Can I customize invoices?

For now you cannot customize your invoices. You can change the information included on your invoice from your account.

Where can I find our invoices or get a copy of an invoice?

All invoices are available in PDF format from My AccountBilling settings & Invoices.

Can we pay by check, PayPal or can you invoice us for payment?

In addition to credit card payments, Mailjet also accepts payment via PayPal or Wire Transfer. You can subscribe to a prepaid account (minimum deposit is $50USD). When your plan is due for its monthly renewal, the fee will be taken from your prepaid account.

If I upgrade my plan, do I get billed twice in the same month?

It depends when you upgrade your plan: Yes, if you want to upgrade your plan immediately; No, if you choose to upgrade at the next renewal date.

How much does Mailjet cost? What is included with each plan?

Mailjet offers a number of plans to fit all of your mailing needs. You can send both transactional and newsletters with all of our plans!

Do you have special pricing for non-profits?

Yes, Mailjet supports all non-profit organizations with a 20% discount!

How to upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by going to the Pricing page.

What is this 200 emails per day limit on free accounts?

Our Free Plan allows you to send 6,000 emails a month with a limit of 200 emails per day.

What happens when I downgrade my plan?

When you downgrade from a Paid Plan to a Free Plan, all your contact lists, campaign data and statistics will be stored and available. But there will be some changes:

How to use my promo code?

To use your promo code, simply select the relevant plan that is associated with your promo code and apply it during the ‘checkout’ process. (Promo codes cannot be used with Annual Billing.)

What happens if I send more emails than my monthly plan allows?

You can send out extra emails on any paid plan* but you will be billed for those extra emails.

Why is the Bronze Plan in the Annual Billing with the discount more expensive than my current monthly Bronze Plan?

The price of the Bronze Plan (Basic & Premium) had recently increased, and the Annual Billing is based on these new prices. If you subscribe to the Annual Billing, the new plan prices will be applied.

How to go from Annual Billing back to monthly payments?

You can go back to monthly payments at the end of your annual billing cycle. One month before the end of the annual billing cycle, the option for selecting a monthly plan will become available.

Can I change my plan before the end of the Annual Billing cycle?

You can upgrade your plan anytime. An upgrade takes place immediately and starts a new billing cycle. The unused days of service will be deduced from the price of the updated plan.

Can I use a promo code with annual billing?

Promo codes cannot be used with Annual Billing. Remember, you do get a 10% discount when you subscribe to Annual Billing!

With Annual Billing, can I take credits from the next month and use them in my current month?

Annual Billing allows you to pre-pay 12 monthly subscriptions in advance (and as a thank you, Mailjet gives you a discount on the monthly subscription fee).

Can I ask for a refund if I change my mind on Annual Billing?

As per our Terms & Conditions, there are no refunds on any paid plans, including Annual Billing.

Which payment methods can I use to subscribe for Annual Billing?

Annual Billing Subscriptions can be only purchased with credit card.


Can Non-Profit Associations subscribe to Annual Billing?

Yes, Non-Profit Associations can subscribe to Annual Billing, but the 20% non-proft discount is not applicable to Annual Subscriptions.
