What is "Deliverability"?

Deliverability concerns all the techniques used to ensure that emails end up in the inboxes of your contacts, rather than in their spam folder. Its main goal is to improve the success of sending emails and reach the recipients inbox while its end goal is to avoid being blocked, labeled as spam, or both. Deliverability of email messages is dependent on various factors:
• Sender’s IP address reputation
• Quality of database (contact list)
• Message design, structure and content
• Message frequency and relevance
