Q. Where can I see the diffusion statistics of my sent emails?
Once you're logged in, go in the dashboard tab and click on the campaign for which you would like to get statistics. Remember that you must have activated the tracking options.
Q. How to reuse a previous newsletter template?
It's very simple: go to the Campaigns tab . Then click on "duplicate" for the campaign your wish to reuse. A copy will appear. Click "edit" to reuse its template.

Q. What is the format to upload a contact list?
Please note that we accept any text file. However, we recommend to use one of the following formats: CSV, TXT, XML. In any case, remember that the email addresses should be well separated and legible.
Q. How can I add a unsubscribe link to my newsletter?
When using our Newsletter Tool, an unsubscribe link is placed by default. If you choose to use our Raw HTML importation feature, just use this code: <a href="[[UNSUB_LINK_EN]]">click here to unsubscribe</a>
