Q. How can I configure a campaign to have different statistics in my dashboard?
Whether you're sending transactional or marketing emails, in both case you can get separate statistics on your dahsboard. To do this, add a variable in the x-header of your emails : x-mailjet-campaign and identify a unique criteria for each campaign.
Q. How can I maintain a list of responsive contacts?
In order to maintain or improve your list quality, you need to closely follow up the campaign metrics. The 3 types of action you will need to take will be: segmenting, filtering & deleting. Unresponsive contacts should be put apart and specific actions should be taken with them: change the message style, offer a discount, etc. It's a long run task.
You simply need to set up your SMTP with the information that Mailjet provides. You will then be able to send and track emails with Mailjet.
Q. Do you have some newsletter templates?
We have! When you use our Newsletter tool, you can choose under "Edition Mode" the different ways you want to create your newsletter. From there you can choose one of our templates or one of your own. You can use any template for free or start one from scratch then edit, save, duplicate and reuse it. If you are an expert, remember you can also directly import your HTML code!
Q. Do you provide personalized DKIM & SPF to eliminate the "on behalf of" message?
Mailjet provides personalized DKIM & SPF to eliminate the “on behalf of” message and needs to be setup in your DNS record. When the DKIM/SPF certificates are setup in your domain, you will have improved deliverability and open rates. Both your recipient servers and your clients will see your domain in the From: field with no additional messages such as “via bnc.mailjet.com”.
